We have a 3 week turnaround on all orders.

If the plants ordered must come from our other nursery, there will be an extra 7 days added to the order completion time.

We are a true boutique nursery with only Peter and I preparing, packing and posting. I do our office work between 8.00am to 12.00am midday.

We pack each order with great care. Most of our parcels have to travel great distances, so packing them carefully not only gives them a better chance of arriving in good condition, it also makes for happier customers. But packing carefully means we are slower at getting parcels out. You can't rush packing plants.

If you no longer wish to wait, please email me at info@whitehousenursery.com.au and I will refund your order immediately.

We do not send up dates on orders. We are too busy preparing plants to be treated, packed and posted. If you are concerned about your order, please email info@whitehousenursery.com.au
