We offer fixed price shipping charges PER ORDER, so no matter the number of plants you purchase it's a fixed cost based on your delivery location.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Every effort will be made to ensure the best possible result for you posted items.

We aim for positive, satisfied customers.

All goods will be packed to safeguard your purchases. Inside, the plants will be cushioned with scrunched up newspaper.

We believe that flat rate postage is the best option for our customers, and past customers will know that our postage rate has not been covering the post, let alone packaging. All our plants are sent in pots and pots are expensive to send. We do not charge for our time to pack.

To our customers, Australia Post continues to put up their postage prices.

They have risen 25% since 2014 when we first started our mail order business.

Our cost to you has gone up 4% since 2014. Last year in September, Australia Post put up parcel prices by 7% for businesses.

But we can no longer absorb the cost of the box, packing and postage and lose money.

Most of our parcels are for more than one plant and we pay for the weight. We post 75mm, 100mm, 140mm & 200mm pots.

Even with a price rise, we are still paying wages for packing, free of charge.

We are a small business in a world of rising costs, and we have managed to keep the postage prices the same until now..

 

The majority of our customers purchase multiples of plants. This is the most economical way to order. We trust you will understand that we have only our customers best interests in mind, but we have to stop losing money on posting your plants to you.

We deserve the right to pack the plant; in pot, bare root, cut back or remove from pot, to benefit the plant. Dormant bulbs will be sent as bulbs.

If for some reason out of our control, the plants do not arrive in good order, a complaint must be lodged within 3 working days to our office. Plants may be replaced under these circumstances.

All returns will be refunded including postal charges.
