The leaves of this plant can be used to make apple mint jelly, as well as a flavoring in dishes such as apple mint couscouis. It is also often used to make a mint tea, as a garnish, or in salads.

My order arrived yesterday in very good condition, the paper was still wet and plants are moist. I will not plant out until the weekend as we are having a very hot spell here with some schools being closed for the fear of bush fires.
